To close your Oil & Gas Production Fee account, click the Additional Actions link from your Oil & Gas Production Fee account on Revenue Online, click the Cease Account link, and enter the closure date. You may also request to close the account with the Business Tax Account Closure form (DR 1108). Even if there is no activity to report, producers are required to file returns through the period the date of closure falls within on the closure request.
